Please allow one week for product to be made and shipped after order is placed and received by us. You have 48 hours to cancel after ordering. If wanting to cancel within 48 hours, you must email us to cancel. If no cancelation email is received after the 48 hours elapse, your order will be processed and item be made. Your item will be shipped within a week - SHIPPING/RETURN store POLICY(s) will apply after that.
To pre-order an item, simply make your selection and place your order directly from the product’s section. You may be able to order items in different beads and wire color selections. Please note that prices may change depending on materials selected. If for some reason you do not want the item when you receive it, at such time, you may return it for a refund. These products may be available in different colors and or wire quality and durability. Depending on what you’d like, you may also tell us if you have any ideas or if you would like something custom made. To place an order for a ‘made to order’ item, please proceed to order the desired item from our inventory selection, and please add a note at the time of placing your order to let us know what you would like your item to be made out of. You may add any bead, pearl, wire color and or mix and match wires and beads. However you would like to design your item, you may also send us an email if you think of anything after you have placed your order. Price may change get depending on material selection. Items made to order will be made as pre-order and same policy as ‘pre-order’ will apply.

RECOMMENDED PRODUCT CARE
PLEASE MAKE NOTE OF THIS INFORMATION
Our pieces of jewelry have been treated with Protecta ClearTM Coating, a special though and durable jewelry sealant that preserves and restores the color and luster of wires and metals. This coating also protects jewelry from tarnish, rust, corrosion and fading as well as the most important factor in jewelry damage, it provides protection from UV rays and it protects your skin from any wire allergies. Therefore, we guarantee you will enjoy your jewelry for years to come. We recommend not to immerse the jewelry in any type of chemicals or cleaners that contain bleach or UV-40.
To clean, simply wipe with a damp rag and dry with the provided wipe once or twice a month and it will retain its normal color an shine. For better result and to maintain the product’s shines and durability, it is recommended to clean with a special jewelry cleaner twice moth and treat with a special jewelry sealant once a year or as desired and you will enjoy your piece of jewelry for years to come.
SCARF COLLECTION RECOMMENDED CARE
First remove any removable jewelry from scarf and wash by hand, delicately and air-dry. Lightly iron on a low setting.
Do not keep scarf components in water too long. Make sure to clean all jewelry make sure to wipe with a damped cloth and dry thoroughly before wearing it again.
We will allow Ninety (90) Days, Six (6) Months or One Year (12-months for watches) limited time warranty depending on the item(s) being purchased. Please check under item description at the time of purchase to determine the warranty you have.
We value our clients and will want them to have a great experience while supporting our small business and shopping with us and hence, your satisfaction is our number one goal! If for any reason during the warranty time stated under your product’s description, the item becomes dull, dark or breaks, we will replace it or will give you your money back. Simply send us an email with your order number or your receipt and pictures of the item in question and we will take care of the rest.

All our products are sealed with ProtectaClearTM to solve any issue of skin allergies and items from being tarnished or damaged from UV lights.
By sealing our jewelry with ProtectaClearTM, we guarantee our clients peace of mind by being able to wear our products without the worry of skin exposure to metal that can give them allergy. Sometimes even very expensive jewelry can get dark or dull for a number of reasons; therefore, we give several coats of the jewelry sealant. the peace of mind of our clients is our top priority. Additionally, all our earrings hooks are made with hypoallergenic .925 sterling silver and are also treated with Protecta ClearTM.
Our policy is voided if the customer However, customer uses special chemicals while wearing the item, or submerge in water or any other liquid that could damage the wire for a lengthy period of time. We recommend to use damp cloth to clean the piece and to treat it with a special jewelry sealant twice a year or as client finds it appropriate.
We offer Ninety (90) Days Warranty for Steampunk Jewelry, except for items made with sterling silver or gold-filled beads and or wire. These items have one hundred and eighty (180) days (or 6 months) from the date of purchase.

(or 3 moths) one hundred and eighty (180) days (or 6 months) from the date of purchase.
SUNGLASSES
Sunglasses are RESALE ITEMS purchased from a third party for the purpose of resealing on our online boutique and at fairs.
You’ll get a Thirty (30) Day Limited Warranty. If for some reason your item arrives scratch or broken, you have the opportunity to receive a replacement or full refund. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. However, customer is advised to contact us by email prior to returning item. Additionally, it is recommended not to use a rough cloth to clean.
BEADED HANDBAGS AND OTHER HADCRAFTED BEADED ACCESSORIES
At Sunshine Handcrafted Jewelry we strive to make our customers happy. We offer an array of services to fulfill your special occasion needs. Because we use several different components and materials to make our beaded bags and accessories, the warranty on these products varies between ninety days (3 moths) and 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase. Therefore, our beaded bags and other beaded accessories, such as belts, keychains, wallets, etc. are part of this promise to you as we offer 100% warranty if your product breaks or damage with no fault to you, we will replace, or refund your money within the warranty period specified above.
If you need to send any product back, you will be responsible to pay for shipping fees. However, we ask that you send us an email with your issue and concerns before returning any product to us. You may email us at emillswirejewelrystore@gmail.com. Please include pictures of the item in question. You will be notified within 24 to 48 hours whether your item qualifies under this warranty and will be instructed to send the product back to us for further analysis. If it is determined that the product was damaged as a result of manufacturing defects, or shipping issues, you will be refunded your shipping cost and or fees. At which point, the product will be either refunded or repaired (if possible). Additionally, will pay for any shipping and or repair cost and we will send the item back to you within 14 business days or if more time is needed to purchase items needed to repair the product, we will notify you of such.
If the product warranty has elapsed and you have an issue or concern about the product you purchased, we will try to work with you, but at your own cost.

We work hard to providing exceptional customer service, so if you have any questions regarding a return or a special request, please talk to us.
Prior to returning the item, we ask that you please contact us by sending us email to: emillswirejewelrystore@gmail.com explaining the reason for your request. Additionally, we ask that you provide one or two photos of the item in question so we may assist you.
Please note that these items are handmade and often only one of each is ever made. However, if for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your, please contact us at the email below for a resolution within within 14 days of receipt of item. Email us BEFORE you send the item back.
If the item in question is defective, or tarnished in route to the customer, a full refund will be issued or options to an exchange will also be available if only one of the item has been made. A prepaid return label will be emailed to the customer.
Unless there is a defect in the product, return postage must be paid by the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATION REFUNDS
If your order is cancelled due to an unforeseen reason or per your request, a refund will be issued within 7-10 business days. Please allow time for your bank to credit the funds to your credit card or bank account. If a promo code or gift card was applied to this order, the appropriate discount will be reflected in the final refund amount.
FAULTY MERCHANDISE RETURNS
