Jewelry Designer/Online Operations and Customer Service Representative

Sunshine Handcrafted Jewelry, LLC is a new business, but very busy and in need of a dedicated candidate. We are currently, seeking a Jewelry Designer/Online Operations and Customer Service Representative to assist in the design, creation and management of products of our online store. The job will include assisting the Jewelry Senior Designer/Operations Manager to design, create and manage product creation, creating and adding SKU numbers, evaluating jewelry and other accessory models to determine the quality and how to improve them, accurate description of materials used to create product and promotion o of our highly demanded jewelry and accessories.

Ability to manage a budget, orders supply and fulfill customer’s orders. Manages a catalog of jewelry and accessories online. At Sunshine Handcrafted, LLC, we offer great benefits as well as 5% commission for items sold by the designer/online coordinator.

The preferred candidate will have experience selling and coordinating jewelry retail purchases online and in person. Orders job supplies from distributor and or other businesses or vendors and fulfill orders to clients with minimal budget and deliver products when customer places order online. Manage a catalog of jewelry and accessories. Uploads and removes pictures promoted via different social media platforms. Receives and process payments for jewelry and other accessories sold via a website and or in person.

• Evaluate jewelry and other accessory models

Basic Requirements for this job:

• High school Diploma or equivalent 

• Some knowledge of jewelry or jewelry repair/design preferred but not required

• Varying hours including some nights and weekends

• Assist Operations Manager at Exhibitor Craft Fairs

This job does not require for the candidate to possess a bachelor’s degree; however, it does require the candidate to have some experience in lieu of the college degree.
The candidate needs to understand general online administration of products, retail, sales and manufacture of jewelry. Ideally, the candidate will have some knowledge of the English language, knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and d other social media which will be used to promote and

sell our products.

• Full-time consists of a 35-hour work week with seasonal required overtime.
