WARRRANTY POLICY
We will allow Ninety (90) Days, Six (6) Months or One Year (12-months for watches) limited time warranty depending on the item(s) being purchased. Please check under item description at the time of purchase to determine the warranty you have.
We value our clients and will want them to have a great experience while supporting our small business and shopping with us and hence, your satisfaction is our number one goal! If for any reason during the warranty time stated under your product’s description, the item becomes dull, dark or breaks, we will replace it or will give you your money back. Simply send us an email with your order number or your receipt and pictures of the item in question and we will take care of the rest.

All our products are sealed with ProtectaClearTM to solve any issue of skin allergies and items from being tarnished or damaged from UV lights.
By sealing our jewelry with ProtectaClearTM, we guarantee our clients peace of mind by being able to wear our products without the worry of skin exposure to metal that can give them allergy. Sometimes even very expensive jewelry can get dark or dull for a number of reasons; therefore, we give several coats of the jewelry sealant. the peace of mind of our clients is our top priority. Additionally, all our earrings hooks are made with hypoallergenic .925 sterling silver and are also treated with Protecta ClearTM.
Our policy is voided if the customer However, customer uses special chemicals while wearing the item, or submerge in water or any other liquid that could damage the wire for a lengthy period of time. We recommend to use damp cloth to clean the piece and to treat it with a special jewelry sealant twice a year or as client finds it appropriate.
We offer Ninety (90) Days Warranty for Steampunk Jewelry, except for items made with sterling silver or gold-filled beads and or wire. These items have one hundred and eighty (180) days (or 6 months) from the date of purchase.
EMBELLISHED SCARVES AND SCARF EARRINGS SETS
Embellished scarves and scarf earrings sets: We use several different components and materials, such as sterling silver, gold filled, copper, crystal, wooden, ceramic, acrylic and resin beads to make our scarves and earrings sets, the warranty on these products varies between ninety (90) days
(or 3 moths) one hundred and eighty (180) days (or 6 months) from the date of purchase.
SUNGLASSES
Sunglasses are RESALE ITEMS purchased from a third party for the purpose of resealing on our online boutique and at fairs.
You’ll get a Thirty (30) Day Limited Warranty. If for some reason your item arrives scratch or broken, you have the opportunity to receive a replacement or full refund. We will do our best to accommodate any requests. However, customer is advised to contact us by email prior to returning item. Additionally, it is recommended not to use a rough cloth to clean.
BEADED HANDBAGS AND OTHER HADCRAFTED BEADED ACCESSORIES
At Sunshine Handcrafted Jewelry we strive to make our customers happy. We offer an array of services to fulfill your special occasion needs. Because we use several different components and materials to make our beaded bags and accessories, the warranty on these products varies between ninety days (3 moths) and 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase. Therefore, our beaded bags and other beaded accessories, such as belts, keychains, wallets, etc. are part of this promise to you as we offer 100% warranty if your product breaks or damage with no fault to you, we will replace, or refund your money within the warranty period specified above.
If you need to send any product back, you will be responsible to pay for shipping fees. However, we ask that you send us an email with your issue and concerns before returning any product to us. You may email us at emillswirejewelrystore@gmail.com. Please include pictures of the item in question. You will be notified within 24 to 48 hours whether your item qualifies under this warranty and will be instructed to send the product back to us for further analysis. If it is determined that the product was damaged as a result of manufacturing defects, or shipping issues, you will be refunded your shipping cost and or fees. At which point, the product will be either refunded or repaired (if possible). Additionally, will pay for any shipping and or repair cost and we will send the item back to you within 14 business days or if more time is needed to purchase items needed to repair the product, we will notify you of such.
If the product warranty has elapsed and you have an issue or concern about the product you purchased, we will try to work with you, but at your own cost.
